After Micah's incident in the car on the way to Tampa, his car seat required cleaning, so that's what we did. We threw the cover in the washer and dryer. Once it was clean, we disinfected the base of the car seat, and recovered it. It was pretty simple.
I considered turning Micah's car seat around to forward-facing because
he likes to see what's going on around him so much. But I decided to
wait a while longer. He doesn't know any better, and it's safer with him rear-facing. He's past the weight limit to switch, but not the age limit.
